Your mountain home high above Watauga Lake with lake access. Pirate’s Peak is our future developement.  It sits above the marina and cove, the higher up, the better the view. Boat slips will be available with ownership. Keep an eye on the website for it’s growth. It will also view other parts of the lake from the peak.
